The knowledge API provides reviewed, published content without sign-in. Health records require an access token, appropriate permissions and patient consent.

Send Accept-Language: ar or en. Each route allows 60 requests per minute per IP. Responses: 200 success, 404 unpublished or missing content, 422 invalid inputs, and 429 rate limit exceeded.
